Registration and USA Wrestling Regulations Information
Payment
accepted in person on your first night attending the club
after the following have been met.
Pre register by sending and e-mail to
jodi4100@optonline.net
with the
following information: Name, Address, Phone number,
E-mail address, USA Wrestling Card number.
Every wrestler
must have a USA Wrestling Athlete’s Card and a completed
Medical Information and Waiver Form
before you can
practice. This is an easy process and can be done by doing
the following.
Download, print and fill out the USA Wrestling Medical
Information and Waiver Form.

Get your USA Wrestling Card.
Purchase your USA Wrestling Card online. This can be done
at
http://www.usawmembership.com/
follow the
prompts.
